About the role: Join Te Oranganui in delivering culturally led, clinically informed AOD interventions that reduce harm and support tāne in custody on their recovery journey. This role focuses on empowering individuals to build resilience, minimise substance-related risks, and embrace healthier, more constructive lives.You’ll provide one-to-one counselling, facilitate group programmes, and integrate tikanga Māori and recovery principles into every aspect of practice. Working closely with Corrections and community partners, you’ll help tāne strengthen wellbeing, reduce reoffending risk, and achieve positive change.
