About Us: Based in beautiful Whanganui Te Oranganui is a kaupapa Māori organisation who offers a range of health and wellbeing services for whānau in the Whanganui region and surrounding districts. Te Waipuna Health is the General Practice arm with an enrolled population of 5,300 spread across two Practices. As a low-cost access health centre, we offer a newly refurbished Practice in a supportive and flexible environment.
About The In this role, you will champion a whānau-centred approach, working closely with whānau to improve their access to ACC services while enhancing their understanding of ACC entitlements, systems, and processes to support positive outcomes. A key focus will be fostering tino rangatiratanga and empowering whānau to their own mana motuhake throughout their journey.You will collaborate with whānau, ACC, and service providers across our rohe to assist in resolving and supporting ACC claims. Additionally, you will help navigate access to other necessary supports as required.To thrive in this role, you will:
