Innovation & Research is a social innovation hub focusing on prevention and systems level change. Our service have a number of social innovators who work with the community on various kaupapa such as healthy families, rangatahi innovation, innovation and systems change programmes to name a few.

In this role, you will:
- Co-design innovative models of care that integrate Te Ao Māori and community-led solutions.
- Work across sectors to enhance collaboration between health and social services.
- Embed Te Tiriti principles and lived experience voices into service design.
- Drive systems change by shifting from reactive crisis response to prevention-focused care.
